Job Description

Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

The following is essential criteria:

– Degree in Social Work

– SWE Registration

– Right to work within the UK

Advanced Practitioner required for a Hospital Discharge Service covering Salford Royal Hospital to support staff with day to day tasks and any arising complexity.

Office based on the hospital grounds working Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00. 

12 month contract in support of maternity leave cover. 
Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

You must have:

  • A professional qualification in social work

  • Social Work England registration.

  • Post qualified experience.

  • Enhanced DBS/Update service.

  • References required for the last 5 years of employment.
