Job Description

Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

The following is essential criteria:

– Degree in Social Work

– SWE Registration

– Right to work within the UK

Must have experienced working in a statutory adult team for at least two years. No newly qualified, no childrens only experienced social workers and no one with less than two years post qualifying experience in a adult LA team. 

General assessment, support planning and reviews. Supporting duty. MCA and BI work. CHC assessments and DST attendance. Legal work – CoP Dols , 21a Dols work, etc. 

It’s a full-time post – hybrid. Duty is done in the office and our main office days are Tuesdays. General caseload and supporting duty. Need applicants who have at least two years’ experience on an Adult LA team.

Posts are agreed for a 3-month period.

You must have:

  • A professional qualification in social work

  • Social Work England registration.

  • Post qualified experience.

  • Enhanced DBS/Update service.

  • References required for the last 5 years of employment.
