Job Description

Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

The following is essential criteria:

– Degree in Social Work

– SWE Registration

– Right to work within the UK

We are a ‘good’ rated local authority currently seeking to support one of our locality teams within the Adults with Disabilities service. We are looking for a qualified social worker with experience of support adults with disabilities with a community led model. This role is a hybrid working role with expectations of the candidate to work with the office a minimum of 2 days per week.

Knowledge of Care Act, MCA, Human Rights Act and mental health legislation is essential.

Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

You must have:

  • A professional qualification in social work

  • Social Work England registration.

  • Post qualified experience.

  • Enhanced DBS/Update service.

  • References required for the last 5 years of employment.
