Job Description

Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

Our ideal candidate will have the ability to work in an exciting, dynamic, and fast paced environment that manages care proceedings so that we can achieve permanence for our children in a timely way. The candidate will require excellent assessment and communication skills and be highly organised. Having the ability to form positive working relationships with families, partner agencies and legal professionals is essential in addition to experience in attending Court and completing care proceedings. The candidate will also support children in care to fully reach their potential. The candidate will visit our children, attend child in Care Reviews and education meetings and advocate in all areas of the child/young persons care plan or pathway plan .
