x2 experinced social workers full time 36hrs Front Door Team Knowsley Hybrid working Main responsibilities To have experience and understanding of duty function and ability to work within a fast pased team Experience of undertaking Social Care Needs Assesssments, Mental Capacity Assessments, safegaurdings, DST’s/CHC Case Recording skills Ability to right size support and signpost where necessary Abiliuty to evidence, manage and escalate risks Time management skills Care user essential
