The Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub ( MASH) are looking to seek additional cover for a social work post whilst active recruitment takes place to this position. We are therefore seeking an experienced qualified social worker ( 3 years qualified),to work in the MASH. This is a multi agency front door team, in which a social worker will be required to respond to all initial contacts regarding children and young people. The social worker will be required to work alongside all the other professionals in the MASH screening contacts, collating relevant information and forming an analysis of need and relevant outcomes for those contacts into social care. You will be supported by and be responsible to the 2 team managers within MASH. The MASH is well resourced with screening referral information workers, who support taking initial calls, and a well established and integrated partnership team.
