Job Description

Inreach Navigator carries caseloads between 10 – 12 clients with a mixture of support needs from low needs to high needs.

Clients will be based in accommodation across the city and the role holder will be responsible for coordinating the support needs for their clients and working across multiple partner agencies to ensure the clients needs are being met.

Client needs to be flexible to be able to meet the needs of a demanding service, be able to work across multiple partner agencies and have a good understanding of homelessness and the support needs of the homeless community.

Client needs to be ICT literate and able to use ICT to record case notes
