Rosedale is a rehabilitation and assessment centre providing support and promoting independence for adults for up to six weeks

Provide person-centred care, encouragement, and promote independence.

Client focussed.

Provide personal, nutritional, social, and emotional support.

Manual handling.

Good record keeping and reporting.

Good communication.
