Job Description

Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

The following is essential criteria:

– Degree in Social Work

– SWE Registration

– Right to work within the UK

Combined localities Team to work within a busy Adults Community/Locality team 36 hours per week 9-5 Monday – Friday Essential – car driver Experienced social worker Hybrid working mandatory office days Wednesday and Friday and training/duty days Main areas of work Completing Social care needs assessments Support planning Commissioning Risk assessing an manging risks – attending MARAMS safeguarding MCA/BI CHC – DST

Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

You must have:

  • A professional qualification in social work

  • Social Work England registration.

  • Post qualified experience.

  • Enhanced DBS/Update service.

  • References required for the last 5 years of employment.
