Located in Grantham, just off the A1, South Kesteven FAST is a dynamic and supportive team of 22 passionate Social Workers, organised into four supervision groups. We operate a structured duty system, with each group taking a week per month to manage incoming referrals—ensuring a balanced workload and collaborative approach.

We’re looking for a skilled and committed Social Worker with experience in:

  • Conducting thorough assessments

  • Supporting children and families through Child in Need and Child Protection planning

  • Leading child protection enquiries

  • Navigating Court Proceedings with confidence and care
