Job Description

Rochdale Adult Care is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the Heywood Integrated Neighbourhood Team, part of an ambitious change and transformation journey across Adult Care. You will manage complex cases and undertake safeguarding enquiries, working within a friendly, dynamic team alongside district nurse colleagues, focused on partnership working, reducing health inequalities and supporting independent living for residents. The ideal candidate is a confident, motivated and forward-thinking qualified Social Worker with strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, sound ICT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), and the ability to maintain accurate records across manual and electronic systems. Three years’ recent experience is required, with employment gaps checked and relevant qualifications verified as per the job description.
