Job Description

An exciting leadership opportunity within the Bradford District, this Adults Team Manager (Deputy Manager) role sits within the Safeguarding Adults Partnership Business Unit at Bradford Metropolitan District Council, based at Britannia House, Bradford BD1 1HX.

Working closely with the Safeguarding Adults Board (SAB) and a wide range of partner agencies, you will lead quality assurance, performance monitoring, audit and improvement activity to ensure vulnerable adults are protected and receive effective support. You will provide strategic challenge, coordinate partnership activity across the district, and deputise for the Business Unit Manager when required.

This is a qualified social care position requiring a recognised social work qualification and current Social Work England registration. The role is offered on a temporary basis from 24 August 2026 to 30 September 2026 at a rate of £51.41 per hour.
