Job Description

Interim Disrepair Surveyor required for the London Borough of Lambeth, based at 6 Brixton Hill, SW2 1RW. Rate: £80.08–£108.56 per day. Start date: 8 September 2026.

The role involves carrying out inspections of legal disrepair matters, conducting surveys, managing contractors regarding works, raising works orders, and managing orders and IVRs. If you are an experienced Disrepair Surveyor available for an interim engagement in Lambeth, please get in touch.
