Job Description

A qualified Social Worker is required for the London Borough of Sutton’s Hospital Pathway and Reablement service, based at the Civic Offices in Sutton (SM1 1EA). This is a temporary role paying between £22.21 and £30.00 per hour, available from 1 September 2026. Further details about duties and responsibilities are to be confirmed by the hiring manager.
