Job Description

Semester Recruitment is seeking an experienced Childrens Senior Social Worker for Wakefield Council, based at The Airedale Centre, Castleford (WF10 3JJ). This is a temporary role running from 17 August to 20 November 2026, paying £35 per hour.

This position sits within Locality Team 3, carrying a caseload of approximately 24. Working arrangements are hybrid — some work from home available, to be negotiated with the team.
