Job Description

Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join its Housing Maintenance Service, based at Franklin House, Dunstable. The Council maintains over 5,000 Council-owned homes and has an ambitious programme of development and regeneration.

You will be comfortable managing conflicting priorities and working collaboratively on a daily basis. IT and telephony experience is essential; knowledge of Housing Maintenance Services is desirable.
