Job Description

Blackpool Council is seeking an Adults Social Worker to join its Neighbourhood Health and Social Care Team, based at Talbot Gateway, Blackpool (FY1 3AH). This is a community-based role embedded within multidisciplinary teams located in health centres across Blackpool.

Working collaboratively with health colleagues, you will carry out strength-led health, care and support assessments, helping people and their carers remain well in the community.

This is a temporary assignment running from 3 August 2026 to 24 August 2026, paying £30.66 per hour. Candidates must be able to provide 3 years of references and have any relevant qualifications as specified in the job description.
