Job Description

Herefordshire Council is seeking a passionate and dedicated qualified Social Worker to join its Family Help Central Locality team in Hereford on a permanent basis.

This is a statutory children’s social work role in which you will lead and manage a complex caseload as the Family Help Lead Practitioner, supporting children, young people, and their families to achieve positive and sustainable outcomes. You will assess needs, identify risks, and develop tailored Family Help Plans, chairing and contributing to Child in Need, core group, and strategy meetings.
