Job Description

We are recruiting a qualified Social Worker for Lancashire County Council’s Family Safeguarding Team, based at Rawtenstall Library (BB4 6QU). The role covers the Haslingden, Bacup, Whitworth, and Rossendale areas and is available from 6 July 2026 at £36.00 per hour via Comensura.

You will hold a caseload encompassing Child Protection, Child in Need assessments, and court work, including S47 enquiries, S7 reports, and S37 assessments. Court experience is therefore essential for this post.
