Job Description

An experienced Adults Team Manager is required to join Bolton Council’s Adult Safeguarding Team, based in Tonge Moor, Bolton (BL2 2JW). This is an initial 3-month placement starting 15 June 2026, with a potential view to extension, paying £40 per hour.

You will lead a welcoming and supportive team within Bolton Adult Social Care’s safeguarding function. Waitlists are described as low and manageable, allowing you to focus on quality practice and oversight. The role offers hybrid working, with attendance at the Bolton office required 3 days per week to support business needs.

Adult safeguarding experience is an essential requirement for this post. You will benefit from regular supervision and a supportive leadership structure above you.
