Job Description

Bury Council (GM Collaboration) is seeking a Childrens Advanced Practitioner for its Emergency Duty Team (EDT), based in Bolton (BL2 6RS). This is a full-time role of 37 hours per week, worked on a rota basis covering EDT. The contract runs from 22 June 2026 to 17 September 2026 at a rate of £37 per hour.

Candidates must hold a recognised social work qualification and be registered with Social Work England. A minimum 5-year employment reference history is required, with all gaps in employment history checked. Relevant qualifications as per the Job Description and Person Specification will be assessed at submission stage.
