Job Description

An exciting interim opportunity has arisen for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a social care team based at Civic Centre 1 in Huddersfield. This is a project-focused role running from May to November 2026, paying £17.85 per hour.

Working within a social care setting, you will deliver specialist project work that draws on your occupational therapy expertise and your advanced knowledge of sensory integration. Your assessments and interventions will make a tangible difference to service users’ independence and quality of life.

Key requirements for this role include current HCPC registration with a recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy, alongside an Ayres Sensory Integration qualification. Candidates must also hold an Enhanced DBS check including a Barred List check prior to commencement.
