Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Residential Worker to join a solo provision placement based in Barnet, North London (N20). This role offers the chance to make a genuine, lasting difference to the life of an individual in residential social care, providing consistent, high-quality support in a unique one-to-one setting.

Working within a solo provision means your focus is entirely on one person — delivering tailored, person-centred care that promotes independence, wellbeing, and stability. You will support the individual with daily living activities, personal care, and community engagement, whilst maintaining clear and accurate records in line with care plan requirements.

This is a non-qualified residential social care role, meaning a formal social work qualification is not required; however, relevant experience in residential or supported living settings is essential. Candidates should demonstrate a compassionate, calm, and consistent approach, with the ability to build trusting relationships and manage challenging situations sensitively.

The role is offered on a temporary, ongoing basis commencing 5th May 2026, with a competitive daily rate of £112.50–£147.94 depending on shift pattern and experience. The position is sourced through the Prism portal.
