We are seeking an experienced Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO) to join the Lancashire LADO Service. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled safeguarding professional with a strong understanding of managing allegations against those who work with children. The successful candidate will bring expertise, confidence, and sound professional judgement to a busy, supportive service committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children across Lancashire. They will work collaboratively with partners, provide high‑quality advice and oversight, and contribute to the continued development of our safeguarding practice.
