Job Description
Contributing to the development of an operating model for BCFT to enable the Integrated Service to begin supporting children and families, including referral pathway and recording systems for the service. Develop, manage and lead a multi-disciplinary team and to be directly responsible for the day to day management and supervision of the staff within the team. Participation in recruitment and selection, leading, coaching, motivating, supporting and challenging staff and to be responsible for their professional development through formal and informal supervision, appraisal and undertaking training needs assessments as necessary.
