Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.
Tameside require a qualified social worker who has experience of working with People who have addiction problems, hoarding, they can facilitate multi-agency meetings, write reports for court and are good on IT systems.
must have Knowledge and experience in Adult Social care including, COP, Safeguarding, S21a, Care act assessments, duty cover, Capacity Assessments and Best Interest Decisions, TRAM/Risk assessment for vulnerable adults
The following is essential criteria:
– Degree in Social Work
– SWE Registration
– Right to work within the UK
