Job Description

Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

The successful applicant will work with children and young people who are at risk of entering the criminal justice system. You will engage with young people and their families in homes, schools and in the community. You will have experience of supporting young people and families to overcome barriers and to build on their strengths to successfully engage them in positive programmes to divert them away from anti social behaviour and criminality through assessments and collaborative intervention planning.
