 We are looking for someone with drive, ambition and creative thinking, to join our Strategy and Investment team, currently delivering a wide range of major projects to high levels of customer satisfaction. We have an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join us to deliver a number of projects as part of an extensive capital programme. Working closely with contractors, other agencies and professionals, you will manage a number of projects which will require a broad range of skills. You will need a firm knowledge of the domestic building industry, either from on the job experience, surveying or previous asset management experience.

The role also requires financial management skills, to financially manage budgets, oversee and process contractor and agency fee payments, and to monitor overall levels of spending on your projects. Great communication skills are also essential, as you will be liaising with a range of people and agencies.

Ensuring the highest quality output of work at all times, you will be customer focussed, and committed to continuing to achieving high customer satisfaction.

You must have:

  • Previous experience within the same or similar role.
  • Along with your 'Right to Work' documents we will need 2-3 references from previous employers.
  • Relevant qualifications/certificates.
  • DBS desired (Not essential for all roles)
