As a Residential Care Worker you will;
• Hold a Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) or be willing to work to this qualification
• Receive high quality supervision, with your own personal development plan to support your career and learning aspirations.
• Have the opportunity to deliver quality services in partnership with stakeholders based upon a manageable work load within the team.
• A working environment where you be supported in adopting an evidence based approach to practice.
Hours worked are on a rota basis including nights and weekends.
