Role: Children’s Social Worker

Team: (Preparation/Adulthood Team/Court Team)
Location: Warrington
Hours: (Full Time)
Contract: 3/4 months with potential to be extended
Rate: £24-35ph umbrella (dependant upon experience)

Preparation or adulthood team

Qualified social worker needed to complete applications to the Court of Protection.

Knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 together with skill and experience of making COP applications is essential.

You will be part of an inclusive and supportive team, where you will be really valued and you will have the opportunity to shape and improve the services we deliver to our growing population.

You must have:

  • A professional qualification in Social Work and experience of working with Children
  • Social Work England registration or Social Care Wales registration for North Wales.
  • Post qualified experience.
  • Enhanced DBS/Update service.
  • References required for the last 5 years of employment.
