Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

The following is essential criteria:

– Degree in Social Work

– SWE Registration

– Right to work within the UK

Peripatetic team cover Short Term Support Service across the county which include Fylde and Wyre, Lancaster and Morecambe, Preston and South Ribble, Skelmersdale and Ormskirk and East Lancashire Social workers required to support with triaging prior to people leaving hospital and completing reviews including DST’s following hospital discharge in a timely manner. Social workers to cover duty to manage urgent tasks.

Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

You must have:

  • A professional qualification in social work

  • Social Work England registration.

  • Post qualified experience.

  • Enhanced DBS/Update service.

  • References required for the last 5 years of employment.
