We are recruiting an interim team manager to manage our Child Protection and Court team in Chester. You will need significant social care team manager experience.
To lead and manage the delivery of a range of high quality, cost-effective children in need, child protection and children in care social care and other services by effective management of staff through supervision and appraisal, quality auditing and quality assurance, joint working with partner agencies including the Police and Health services and through the promotion of best practice.
It would be beneficial if the candidate lives within reasonable distance from Cheshire West and Chester, as whilst we do work in a hybrid style, there is an expectation of regular working from our office base.
