Job Description
We are looking for candidates with at least 3 years post qualified and have significant experience in duty / assessment & child in need or Child Protection, Pre-Proceedings and Care Proceedings. The candidate will need proven performance in quality case work in line with Cheshire Wests expectations, and an ability to work openly and honestly with our children, families, and partner agencies. Be registered with Social Work England and have references available. We offer excellent supervision and manageable caseloads, working alongside stable teams of experienced social workers and permanent established Team Managers. Free parking in all our localities, access to all in house training and development to support CPD. It would be beneficial if the candidate lives within a reasonable distance from Ellesmere Port/Cheshire West, as whilst we do work hybrid, there is an expectation of regular working from our office bases. Where possible, please can the CV indicate where the candidate resides. Unfortunately, we are not able to support candidates with costs of accommodation or travel.
