Job Description

Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

Candidate to start as soon as possible. Context. The Youth Justice Service (YJS) is a multi-disciplinary service which works with children, young people and families to address vulnerabilities, risks and factors that lead to offending behaviour. The service sits alongside the Contextual Safeguarding and Engagement Service to deliver an integrated response which supports children and young people to fulfil their potential and make positive contributions to society. Job Purpose Provide leadership and management oversight of the service which relates to resources, quality assurance, policy and practice and management of performance information and service support staff. Deliver effective support across the wider service encompassing the Engagement Service. Equality, diversity, and inclusion best practice will be integral to the range of responsibilities.
