Your role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Organisational Business Support for an Administrator/Receptionist. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where delivery and results really matter. You will be working to provide effective administration support to a range of customers. You will be using a range of corporate databases and Microsoft packages on a daily basis. Helping to analyse data, review process and improve the administration function and service we provide.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate professionalism, initiative, a customer focused approach and demonstrate strong organisational skills to handle demanding workloads.

About you
The successful candidate must be highly motivated with excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt and change within a dynamic environment. You will be an experienced administrator and or receptionist with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (particularly Outlook, Word & Excel) and a strong attention to detail. You will be able to work to deadlines, prioritise workloads and communicate positively with service users and with internal and external stakeholders.

You must have:

  • Previous experience within the same or similar role.
