Job Description
This role requires a qualified social worker to lead and contribute to the design, delivery, and evaluation of engagement activities that strengthen relationships with children, parents, carers, and partner agencies. The postholder will play a key role in supporting the implementation of the Families First approach, ensuring that services are responsive, inclusive, and co-produced with those who use them. Responsibilities include facilitating meaningful participation, gathering feedback to inform practice, and working collaboratively across multi-agency networks to promote positive outcomes for families.
