Job Description

An Adults Advanced Practitioner is required to join Wakefield’s adults social work service on a temporary basis from 8 June to 2 October 2026, paying £35 per hour.

The successful candidate will undertake Care Act assessments, care plans, and reviews in line with the Care Act 2014. Experience of the CareDirector case management system is essential, and candidates must be car users with valid business insurance.

To be considered, you must hold a recognised social work qualification and be registered with Social Work England. If you are an experienced adults social worker with CareDirector experience and are available from June, please get in touch today.
