Job Description

2 x Social Workers required to cover maternity leave. 1 x 37hr until 30/04/2026 and 1 x 30hr until 31/07/2026

Mental Health agency social workers required to work in a busy adult social care mental health team.

Experience of working with adults with serious mental illness in community settings is essential.

You will be expected to complete Care Act assessments and reviews, Social Circumstances Reports and Mental Capacity Assessments.

The team is based at the Gateway Football stadium and hybrid working can be considered at interview.
