Job Description

Experienced Social Worker required for an Adult Safeguarding Provider Team – team responsible for responding to safeguarding referrals that involve a social care provider (i.e. care homes, dom care, supported living).

Core duties will be the completion of S.42 enquiries and some support with the daily duty system of triaging new referrals as they are received.

Cheshire East wide role – workbase at Macclesfield Town Hall – remote working will be supported.

You must have:

  • A professional qualification in social work and experience of working with Adults
  • Social Work England registration.
  • Post qualified experience.
  • Enhanced DBS/Update service.
  • References required for the last 5 years of employment.
