The following is essential criteria:

– Degree in Social Work

– SWE Registration

– Right to work within the UK

The role is for a full time (5 days) qualified and experienced social Worker to join one of our 4 Teams within the Permanence Service (Cared for Children) in Oldham.

Teams are made up of 1 TM, 1 SP & up to 6 SW’s.

You would hold a case load on average of up to 18 children and Young People in LA care and to the expectations would be to review progress and develop their care plans to best meet their individual needs and all that this entails.

The hybrid model is 3 days office based and 2 days WFH but this needs to be flexible to meet the needs of the service.
