– Degree in Social Work

– SWE Registration

– Right to work within the UK

Looking for an experienced social worker to provide cover pending permanent recruitment. The role and responsibilities are as per this advert for permanent staff: Children’s Social Work Matters (childrenssocialworkmatters.org)

The role would be as a social worker in one of the locality teams in Rotherham. We work with children and their families under Child in Need plans, Child Protection Plans or through pre-proceedings and Court proceedings.

Average caseload as of 20.09.24 is 15.9 children, and the teams are stable. Rate per hour of £35.
