Job Description

Our client is seeking a Deputy Manager for a home Blackpool for children & young people.

Our client is seeking applications from current Deputy Managers or experienced support workers who are passionate about challenging the existing narratives for Children Who Are Looked After.

You will be a professional with proven leadership experience within the sector and will need to be able to demonstrate that you have the relevant professional experience to manage the challenges of this role and the commitment to support the Registered Manager to achieve the very highest standards of care and support to young people.

You will have a level 3 diploma along with the desire to become qualified to Diploma level 5 in Leadership and Management. In return we offer a structured tailored programme of training, coaching & ongoing professional development.
