Job Description

The Emergency Duty Team are currently looking to secure interim cover for its out of hours service which runs in partnership for children, adults, mental health and homelessness across St Helens and Halton. The worker will need to be a qualified social worker with a minimum of 3 years experience in either children, adults safeguarding or both. An additional preference would be for a qualified AMPH to undertake AMPH assessments. You will be working within the EDT team and will ne working on a rota basis of out of hours and you will be supported by an experienced EDT manager.

You must have:

  • A professional qualification in social work and experience of working with Children’s
  • Social Work England registration.
  • Post qualified experience.
  • References required for the last 5 years of employment.
