Job Description

The London Borough of Lambeth is seeking a Disrepair Case Officer on a temporary basis, based at 6 Brixton Hill, London SW2 1RW. The rate is £154.16–£208.98 per day, with a start date of 1 September 2026.

This role involves managing legal disrepair claims received via the Pre-Action Protocol, attending court to defend the Council, carrying out site visits and viewings, and liaising with contractors, legal services, housing staff, and other stakeholders across the borough.
