Job Description

Semester is recruiting a Case Handler for Southern Housing, based remotely with site visits to The Oasts, Newnham Court Village, Maidstone, Kent (ME14 5LH). This is a temporary role paying £19.35–£25.20 per hour, starting 17 August 2026.

The role focuses on admin and clerical services for damp and mould non-hazard cases. You will manage case workflows, liaise with customers, and apply knowledge of Awaab’s Law to ensure timely and compliant handling of cases.

Candidates must have experience of customer-facing work in a public sector environment, strong organisational skills, case management experience, and knowledge of Awaab’s legislation. A car is essential as the role is remote with travel required.

Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm. Please get in touch to register your interest.
