Job Description

Semester Recruitment is seeking an experienced Adults Social Worker for Lincolnshire County Council, based in Spalding (PE11 1QF). This is an agency role paying £210.22–£286.33 per day, available from 20 July 2026.

You will manage a complex and varied caseload within adult services, undertaking assessments, care planning, and reviews while ensuring safeguarding responsibilities are met. Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners, you will provide effective interventions to improve outcomes for service users and maintain accurate case records. You will also participate in team meetings and reflective supervision.

Requirements: qualified Social Worker (BA, MA, or DipSW equivalent) with current Social Work England registration.
