Job Description

London Borough of Tower Hamlets is seeking an experienced Adults Social Worker to join the Isle of Dogs Neighbourhood Mental Health Team (NMHT), based at The Barkantine, 121 Westferry Road, E14 8JH. This is a locum role paying £165.48–£229.36 per day (dependent on experience), starting 13 July 2026.

Working in an integrated partnership with the Community Mental Health Team and East London NHS Foundation Trust, you will deliver a comprehensive social work service under the Care Programme Approach (CPA) and Care Act, with a focus on recovery and outcomes for adults with severe and enduring mental illness.
