Outreach Support Worker – Young People

we have a temp outreach role available in the Chester/Congleton area, this is working for a leaving care company and would help the young people transition into full independence. It will be for around 6 weeks to cover sickness and they have around 20 – 30 hours per week available – Please let me know if this would be of interest – thanks!
