Job Description

1 x 37 Case Asessor required until 01/06/2026 – Community Team, Blackpool Adult Social Care

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to join our community social work team as a Case Assessor. In this role, you will work with adults to understand their needs and help identify solutions that promote independence and prevent future care requirements.

You will use a strengths-based approach, working closely with community and voluntary groups, reablement services, and commissioned providers to support individuals effectively. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential, as you will be liaising with service users, families, and professionals to ensure the best outcomes.

This is a hybrid role and the expectation of working in the office at least 3 days a week. There is reduced rate office parking and permits for visits on offer to agency staff.
