Order 5289305 is pending your acceptance at Leeds branch: Lancashire County Council Social Worker – Childrens Services (Social Care – Qualified) Temporary Burnley Campus Library 23 Feb 2026 (09:00) ALL CANDIDATES MUST have at least three years’ experience in a permanent post within a local authority not have held a permanent or fixed-term position within the last 12 weeks The candidates must have a social work qualification and be registered with Social Work England. The candidate will need to be able to attend the offices in Burnley at least 3 days per week and be flexible in their working arrangements – this will be fully discussed at interview – we will need someone who can be flexible with any working from home arrangements also especially being able to pick up work at short notice and offer cover arrangements for annual leave and staff absence. Ideally we would prefer someone with a Criminal Justice Background who has knowledge of working in Court and writing out of court and pre-sentence reports and assessments.
